A Look Inside the Pulaski Branch

In 1997, Sain Associates opened a branch office in Pulaski, Tennessee, a city known for its tight-knit community, turkey hunting, fishing, and beautiful landscape.

If you are local or have visited the area, you know that Downtown Pulaski is a major focal point in the community. It is a charming area with boutiques, restaurants, and other small businesses. Something exciting is always happening downtown, including the Saturday Farmer’s Market and festivals like Summer SOULstice and Art of Ice Cream.

The Pulaski branch, located downtown, has three full-time employees; Richard Holt – Branch Manager, Erin Curry – Infrastructure Project Manager, and Calvin Lokko – Infrastructure Design/Engineer. Let’s take a moment and learn more about each team member.

Meet Richard Holt

Richard Holt, Pulaski Branch Manager

Richard has over 25 years of professional experience in transportation engineering, reinforced by four years of experience in roadway construction. He manages the Pulaski branch and is proud to live and work in his hometown. In his free time, Richard enjoys riding horses, jet-skiing on the river, and 4-wheeling in his jeep.

Meet Erin Curry

Erin Curry, Project Manager

Erin has over 15 years of experience, and she has completed roadway projects located in Tennessee and Alabama and numerous planning and safety projects in Tennessee. Like Richard, Erin is a native of Pulaski, and she enjoys working and serving in her hometown. Erin is an active member in the community with organizations like Giles County Humane Association, the Rotary Club of Pulaski, and the tnAchieves mentor program. She also serves as a County Commissioner of Giles County, District 1.

Meet Calvin Lokko

Calvin Lokko, Graduate Engineer

Calvin, a native of Ardmore, joined the Pulaski team in 2017. Calvin completed a dual degree in applied math at Oakwood University and Civil Engineering at the University of Alabama in Huntsville (UAH). He describes himself as being “missionary-minded” and has restarted the Engineers Without Borders chapter at UAH to promote engineering in under-served areas around the world. One of Calvin’s favorite parts about working in Pulaski is getting to know their neighbors. He enjoys catching up with neighboring businesses and dining at local restaurants.

The Pulaski branch wants to expand its team! They are looking for a Roadway Design Engineer with at least three years of experience. If you know someone who would be interested, tell them to check out this page.
