Sain Associates provided civil/site design, surveying, permitting, construction document preparation, and bidding and contract assistance services for the 240-acre Commerce Park development in Springville, Alabama.
The project includes a mass grading package for approximately 240 acres of newly acquired property near Interstate 59, Exit 156. Funded through a $3.79 million grant from the State of Alabama’s Growing Alabama Program, this effort represents a major step in preparing the site for future industrial growth and economic development opportunities in the region.
