Sain Associates provided survey, site design, and permitting services on a fast-track schedule for Integrity Injection Molding’s new 35,000 SF facility in Dan Speer Industrial Park South. During the planning and design process, the site’s existing wetlands needed to be avoided while allowing the new facility to face Bunker Hill Road. Two years after the new facility was in full operation, Integrity Injection Molding’s growth required a 38,000 SF addition to the North side of the facility.
This project’s addition signified the growth of Integrity and strengthened the Economic Development Commission’s ability to secure competitive State Industrial Access (SIA) road funding. The SIA funding improved Bunker Hill Road to meet SIA standards, including 2-12’ travel lanes with 4’ gravel shoulders. The roadway project has been designed by the Tennessee Department of Transportation and is currently in the ROW and Utility relocation phase.
The overall timeline for these two projects spanned from October 2018 to December 2022.
