Sain Associates provided surveying and engineering services to support a SEEDS (Site Evaluation and Economic Development Strategy) Grant application for a 192-acre industrial site in Chambers County, Alabama. The effort included boundary and topographic surveys, as well as coordination of environmental studies, threatened and endangered species assessments, cultural resource surveys, and geotechnical exploration.
The survey was performed as part of the SEEDS Grant through the Alabama Department of Commerce, and the collected data was used by Sain to develop a Master Plan Exhibit to support site evaluation, future development planning, and marketing efforts.
