Michael serves as Survey Director and is an Associate Shareholder at Sain. He is a certified Professional Land Surveyor and has over 25 years of surveying experience involving residential and commercial projects, construction staking, stakeout, and grading of roadways, performing ALTA/NSPS surveys, topographic and boundary surveys, and right-of-way and easement surveys. Michael is experienced in managing field and office survey personnel, field project management of construction sites, preparing and writing legal descriptions, title and utility research, development of survey plats using MicroStation, AutoCAD and Carlson Software, reviewing survey plats, and office administration.
