At Sain Associates, we aspire to do our very best for our clients by providing quality professional services and advice to guide them in the right direction. We are looking for a project coordinator, who can join our mission to help our clients achieve success.
As a project coordinator, you will partner with our project managers on our Site Team to provide organizational and administrative support. This person will communicate with clients, provide administrative support, and streamline our documentation process. On a typical day, you will format and edit project proposals, schedule meetings, correspond with clients, and attend project meetings. In this role, you will also conduct project research as needed.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree
- Possess strong written and oral communication skills with English proficiency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel
- Prefer someone who has worked in the construction or engineering industry
