Sain Associates is looking for a civil engineer to join our Infrastructure Team! In this position, you will partner with a project manager to tackle transportation projects, including roadways, sidewalks, and intersection improvements. This position is ideal for you if enjoy deep diving into technical work and becoming the go-to expert for engineering design software.
On a typical day, you might be performing quantity take-offs and designing roadway drainage systems, as well as creating the horizontal and vertical geometry for a road design. You will also be assisting with the design of signage, pavement markings, and erosion control measures necessary for project construction.

Must Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with Engineer Intern (E.I.) Certification
- Possess strong written and oral communication skills with English proficiency
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
- Enjoy learning different design software
- Ability to travel as needed
Preferred Experience
- 2 years of engineering experience
- Familiarity with OpenRoads or other CAD software
