Sain Associates provided civil engineering and land surveying services for the Magnolia Avenue South Redevelopment Project.  This project was a renovation of an existing 1920’s brick building once used for automobile repair and numerous other uses over the years.  The building and the surrounding property was developed to provide new office space and space for a future restaurant with parking.  The project utilized State and Federal Historic Tax Credits, and Sain played a crucial role in building public support for the project along with providing all components of civil engineering for the redevelopment.
