Charles "Hack" Sain founded the firm Sain Associates, formerly Charles H. Sain Associates, to fill a void of non-communication between the Engineer, Architect, and Contractor. Sain Associates was incorporated in 1972 with two employees and now has more than 70 employees.

Now under its third generation of leadership, Sain Associates is a one-stop-shop for all of the site engineering needs of our clients - Land Surveying, Traffic Engineering, Infrastructure Design, and Site Development Planning for numerous land development projects and markets. We have done numerous local projects, and we have also worked on projects throughout the southeastern United States. We have worked on projects as far north as Maine and as far west as Texas.
