We are motivated by the theory that people have three phases in life: “Learn, Earn, and Return.” We take pride in “returning” by giving back to the local community. Our employees participate in various fundraising campaigns and seek volunteer opportunities with organizations who serve the community.
June 2015 | We prepared designs for the Hope Golf Tournament.
June 2015 | We participated in The Red Barn’s “Take the Reins” 10k.
May 2015 | We participated in the Trent Holt 5k. Several employees purchased t-shirts and participated in the race.
December 2014 | We donated water filters in a Christmas service project for Designs for Hope.
November 2013 | We participated in a Christmas service project for Operation Christmas Child. Our employees donated enough toys, hygiene items, clothing and school supplies for 31 children in Gabon, Africa.
October 2013 | We participated in The First Annual Birmingham Canstruction®, which is an international charity competition where architects, engineers, contractors and the students they mentor design and build structures made out of only canned food. At the end of the event, all the food was donated to The Foundry.
December 2012 | We participated in a Christmas service project to provide joy and hope to foster children of Alabama Baptist Children’s Home. Our employees donated over 30 toys and provided clothes for 10 children.
