I have worked in the Human Resources Department at Sain Associates in some capacity for about 15 years, and in that time, I have seen how beneficial a positive work environment can be to everyone in the company.
Having a fun, upbeat and optimistic environment is very important to us for many reasons, and one of the biggest is our employees. We want them to be happy and to truly love coming to work every day. We hope they are invested fully in their job and in our company and that they want to go above and beyond. This positivity is easily transferred over to our clients, which is very important to us as well.
Whether it’s having special breakfasts, showers or birthday parties to honor our co-workers, holding friendly contests, supporting our workers’ families, hosting Lunch and Learns, attending meetings and events together or trying to be flexible with work schedules when needed, we do whatever we can to make our office a positive place to be all the time.
